NAJL is an association of over 240 Jewish state legislators from across the country in nearly 40 states. We come together to promote our Jewish values, share ideas and challenges, and network.

As an organization, we write model policies, issue press statements on key issues and bring Jewish legislators together for events, speakers and socializing.

Hundreds of Jewish legislators across the country.

NAJL connects Jewish legislators of all religious affiliations, political parties and policy interests across the country to learn from one another and advocate for our common goals.

Each National Council of State Legislators (NCSL) conference, we host a Jewish legislator and staff event, usually in conjunction with the local community, to bring people together and discuss pressing issues.

While we may hail from different parts of the country, there are some issues that bring us together in unison. Protecting civil rights, supporting Israel and condemning anti-Semitism are just some of the issues that NAJL has spoken out on.
